An audio-visual souvenir of a city, piloted using Brighton's Big Wheel by combining filmmaking, sound design and coding, showcased at the Brighton Digital Festival.

A visual art, moving image piece exploring how red light affects plants, inspired by Daniel Chamovitz's book What a Plant Knows.

Squirrel Nation Studio create experiences from concepts that consider co-existence as an ethic, spanning installation and live events, moving image film and exhibitions at the boundaries of art, science and the environment.
Co-founded and creatively directed by artist, designer and researcher Caroline Ward and neuroscientist and storyteller Dr Erinma Ochu, Squirrel Nation has been artists in residence at The Stuart Hall Library/INIVA and Jerwood Fellows at Manchester International Festival.
We've been commissioned by Sheffield Doc/Fest, Brighton Digital, Shuffle Festival, Arts Council England, European City of Science, Wellcome Collection and hetnieuweinstituut.
